Put sanuki frozen udon noodle into boiling water and keep boiling on for 1-2 minutes, then take it after adding sauce or soup.

Highest quality of udon, preserving a traditional flavor of sanuki udon, was created by technical cooperation with Katogichi who has been proud of his tradition and technology of sanuki frozen undon in Japan. Thick numbers of noodle are divided into 8, 10, 12, etc. so it can be used depending on its application.
