Squid Bar

Cook 3-4 minutes in boiling oil at 160-170°C until its surface color turns to brown and floating up, then take it out to eat.

Strictly selected fresh squid, coating with crispy batter, is made in a form of bar to enjoy it conveniently. In a process of cooking, powder of bread and crispy batter will never be separated from squid.
