Fish Cutlet with Crunch(New)

Fry 3-4 minutes in boiling oil at 170-180°C.
Cook 20 minutes on oven at 180°C, and then take it.

It won't be softened or broken in the process of distributing food due to the feature of its crispy batter. Crispy batter made one by one by hand won't be separated.
