Fish Cutlet

Fry 3-4 minutes in boiling oil at 170-180°C.
Cook 20 minutes on oven at 180°C, and then take it.

As a product made of high grade of belenger's jewfish which passed hygienic treatment, you will feel a delicate taste of fish as it stands. In frying and cooking process, powder of bread coated on fish will never be separated.
